您使用VJVGA的网络怎么样？是局域网嘛？另外，不要勾选次通道暂停，否则不是主通道的VJVGA采集会暂停。

HDV采集模块已经加入，但是我这里还没有设备测试，有设备的用户可以联系我测试一下。

1）标准版不支持VJVGA，不够可以选购。支持VGA采集卡。VJVGA采集不限制路数，VGA采集卡如果是PCI接口的只能接1路，PCI-E接口的没有限制。VGA采集不带声音。
2）网线采集VGA即1中提到的VJVGA
3）标准版选购VJVGA价格请联系销售。
4）VJVGA多路稳定，用卡采集多路一定要用PCI-E的VGA采集卡。
5）终生免费升级。版本升级也是免费升。
6）加密锁丢失不能补领，因为我们无法判断您是否丢失。加密锁坏了可以更换。
7）零售是不能修改LOGO的，OEM方式可以修改LOGO。
8）代理商事宜请联系销售。
