1、 用VJDirector重新录制和损坏文件差不多大小的AVI，重新录制的AVI必须要完好。

2、 备份损坏的AVI文件，因为下面操作过程可能会破坏损坏的AVI文件中的数据。


3、 下载文件拷贝工具。可以从[url]http://nagasoft.cn/download/MyFileCopy.exe[/url]


4、 打开MyFileCopy.exe，按以下图示操作：

填写完毕后，点击拷贝。

5、 下载VirtualDub，下载地址：[url]http://nagasoft.cn/download/VirtualDub-1.8.7.rar[/url]，然后解压出来。

6、 运行VirtualDub，然后选择File->Open video file，打开损坏的文件，VirtualDub会解析，并修复文件。

7、 然后按以下步骤操作设置，然后导出修复后的AVI文件。
